Questions

I've never used AI. Is this for me?

That's exactly who it's for. The interview takes 3 minutes, your agents already know your business, and every screen tells you what to tap next. If you can send a text, you can use CRWS.

Will it post or send things on its own?

No. Your agents write drafts — posts, replies, quotes, checklists. You read them, tweak them and send them yourself. Nothing goes to a customer, gets posted or costs money without you.

How is this different from just using ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a blank box. CRWS tells you which roles your business needs, writes each one's instructions around your prices, area, voice and goals, and gives you a short list of what to do with them every day. You can even run your crew inside ChatGPT.

What happens to my business info?

On the free plan, your answers stay on your device. On Crew, conversations are sent to our AI provider to generate replies. We never sell your data, and you should never paste passwords or card numbers into any AI chat — your agents will remind you.

What kinds of businesses does it work for?
